How booth video works
Nobody stands at a booth to watch a three-minute film. A trade show loop has a few seconds to make someone stop walking, so it runs without sound, reads from across the aisle and loops cleanly.
We usually film the booth loop and the post-show product videos in the same production, so the sales team leaves the show with content to send, not just a stack of business cards.

Trade Show Video questionsFAQ
How long should a trade show video be?
Most booth loops run 30 to 90 seconds and repeat. Short enough that someone walking by catches the whole message, long enough to show the product in action.
Should a booth video have sound?
Plan for silent. Show floors are loud and many booths keep the volume low, so we tell the story with visuals and on-screen text. A version with sound is easy to add for the website.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as possible. Reach out once the show is on the calendar and we will build a schedule that leaves time to film, edit and revise before the booth ships.
Can you film at the show too?
Yes. Show-floor coverage captures booth traffic, demos and customer interviews, which makes post-show follow-up and next year's promo much easier.
What format does the booth screen need?
Tell us the screen size and orientation and we deliver to match, including vertical screens.
