Who we are
Beowulf Media, LLC is a video and photography production company based in Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas. This policy covers www.beowulf.media and any information you send us through it. Questions go to info@beowulf.media.
What we collect
What you send us. When you fill out our contact form, we receive what you enter: your name, company, email, phone, project details, budget range, timing and how you found us. Emails, calls and texts work the same way.
Visit statistics. We use Google Analytics to see how people find the site, which pages are popular and whether the contact form is working. It uses cookies and collects things like the pages you view, how you arrived, your general location (city level), and your device and browser. We don’t use it for advertising, we don’t send it your name or contact details, and Google’s ad-personalization features are turned off for our site. You can opt out anytime with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
Basic server logs. Like every website, our host automatically records technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and running. These logs are kept for a short time and aren’t used to identify visitors.
How we use it

- To plan, produce and deliver your project if you hire us
- To send invoices and project updates
- To improve our website
We don’t send marketing newsletters unless you sign up for them, and we don’t use your information for advertising.
Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that help us run the business, and only as much as they need:
- Our website host (Netlify) to receive form submissions and serve the site
- Google Analytics for visit statistics (Google’s privacy policy)
- Our email, invoicing and file-delivery tools to communicate and deliver your work
- Crew members working on your project, who receive only what they need for the shoot (for example, call times and location)
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Embedded videos
Our videos play through YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. Once you do, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies to that video.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics cookies to count visits and see how the site is used. We don’t use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site works the same without them.
How long we keep it
Inquiry details are kept for up to 6 months so we can pick up where we left off if you come back. Client records (contracts, invoices) are kept as long as tax and business laws require. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we’re legally required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email info@beowulf.media and we’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy law; we’ll honor them.
Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access to protect your information. No system is perfect, but we treat your details the way we’d want ours treated.
Children
Our site and services are for businesses and organizations. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted here.
