Video production pricing in Dallas–Fort WorthEvery great project starts with a conversation.
No two projects are alike, so we don't sell them off a menu. Every quote is built around the crew, production time and deliverables the project actually needs, with clear, all-in pricing before work begins.
These starting prices are a guide to help that conversation along, not a minimum to clear before you call.
Starting points by serviceStarting prices, not cookie-cutter packages.
We publish starting prices to give you a realistic point of reference. Your final quote is built around the work itself: the goal, crew, production time, locations and deliverables required to do it properly.
Because your organization doesn’t need “a video.” It needs the right video.

Four things move the numberWhat affects the cost of video production?
Video production cost comes down to four things: the length of the film and how many versions you need, the number of locations and shoot days, the size of the crew, and extras like motion graphics or drone.
Length & versions
A 90-second film costs less than a 3-minute film with six social cutdowns. We plan versions upfront so nothing is paid for twice.
Locations & days
One location in one day is the most efficient shoot. Each added location or day adds crew time and travel.
Crew size
Most projects need a small, experienced crew. Multi-camera events, large sets or tight schedules may need more hands.
Extras
Motion graphics, animation, outside talent, drone, permits and rush timelines are quoted separately and only when needed.
"I have worked with Susie on several occasions. Her vision to help me market my business was top notch. Her photography is one of the most classic and clean and I have worked with MANY photographers. Susie’s work is definitely worth the investment and then some!"

Why publish starting prices?
So nobody wastes a call. Starting prices give a realistic sense of the investment before we talk, and the discovery call turns that into an exact, all-in quote.
Are there hidden fees?
No. Quotes are all-in and itemized: crew, equipment, editing, licensed music and revisions. Anything optional, like travel outside Dallas–Fort Worth or motion graphics, is listed upfront before anything is booked.
How does payment work?
A deposit reserves the date and the balance is due on delivery. Full details are on our contract details page.
Can you rush a project?
Often, yes. Rush delivery is available on many projects. Mention your deadline on the discovery call and we will tell you straight what is possible.
