Your finished deliverables
When your project is paid in full, you receive full usage rights to the finished videos and edited photos listed in your statement of work (SOW). Use them on your website, social channels, paid ads, presentations, trade shows, broadcast, internal training and anywhere else your business needs them, for as long as you like, with no additional fees.
Beowulf Media keeps the underlying copyright, which lets us protect the work and show it in our portfolio.
Raw footage and unedited photos
Raw footage, project files and unselected photos are not part of the standard deliverables. Raw footage can be licensed for an additional fee, quoted per project. We archive project files for 1 year after delivery, so ask within that window.
Music, stock and talent
- Music comes from licensed libraries. Your license covers the uses described in your SOW. Some tracks aren’t cleared for broadcast TV or paid ads; we’ll flag that before we choose one.
- Stock footage or images carry their own license terms, which we pass on to you.
- People on camera sign a release when the shoot calls for it. If your own staff appear, getting their consent is your responsibility unless we agree otherwise.
Portfolio use
We may show finished work on our website, social media, reel and in proposals, and enter it into awards. If your project is confidential, under embargo or white label, tell us before the shoot and we’ll put it in writing. We’ll never publish anything before you’ve released it yourself.
Agency and white-label work
When we produce work through an agency or production partner, the partner’s client owns the usage rights described in the partner agreement. With permission, we may show the work with a credit to the partner.
